Using the latest in High Speed Machining technology, KOMO Machine Tool's Mach I  508 CNC Router is simply the finest wood and plastics machining center available  JLM's staff has been factory trained to complete all design and manufacturing tasks at the highest level of accuracy and speed.

Our Mach I 508 machine is capable of:

• Machining speeds of 1,250 inches per minute.
• Cutter head repeatability of +/- 0.0004" at speeds up to 800 inches per minute.
• 8 tool changer to minimize billable operating time - minimizing customer costs.
• 3 dimensional relief cutting in wood and plastic utilizing Artcam software.
• General Electric's Fanuc 210i controller.
